- The pricing policy based on the Green Coast project quality, generating higher revenues for you.
- All direct costs of your property, including furniture, external and internal maintenance, utility costs, bank interest (in case of financing with bank loan), property amortization, etc. as well as the renting management fee.
The renting management fee is just 25% of the renting income and covers the expenses related to the services below:

2. Online advertising of your property in different communication channels (websites or online portals dedicated for property renting);
3. Administration of renting process through the entire phases;
4. Advisory on rental rates based on market prices and property features, in order to define an optimal renting price;
5. Tenant screening in order to guarantee an elite selection;
6. Displaying the property to potential tenants;
7. Gathering the rent incomes and payment to the property owner;
8. Periodic inspection of the property in order to verify the compliance with rental conditions;
9. Thanks to the cooperation with our partners, we mediate supplementary services* such as:
o Cleaning of internal property spaces
o Ventilation of the property while it is not rented
o Renting process management by keeping every contact with the tenant
o Special cleaning following paintings or other repairing in the property
o Various repairs of structures, painting or plastering
o Furniture repair
