HOW DOES THE RENTING PROGRAM WORK?

You just need to contact the person in charge of Green Coast, and we will take care of everything else.
You need to have:

• A written legal agreement in which you authorize us to rent out your property;
• Simple furnishing by removing valuable/ luxurious items from the property;
• Property insurance that protects your residence;
• No overdue payments of maintenance or other utility service fees;

If your property meets all the above conditions then our specialized team will promptly make themaximum efforts to rent your property at the most favorable rates.
